Nicole is a mother of four, a Special Education Teacher, and a doula based in Saskatoon. Born and raised in Saskatoon, she attended the University of Saskatchewan, where she earned a Bachelor of Education and a Certificate in Special Education. Nicole enjoys cheering on her children at their activities, spending time at the family cabin, quilting, and relaxing in the evenings watching sitcoms with her husband.
Vice Chair
Christine Radomske holds a degree in Social Work and has worked with the Saskatchewan Health Authority for the past six years as a Prenatal Outreach Worker, supporting families throughout pregnancy and early parenthood. She has also gained experience working in Child Protection, further strengthening her understanding of the needs of children and families in the community.
Christine is Indigenous and a member of Muskoday First Nation. She values community, connection, and the importance of creating inclusive spaces where children and families feel supported and welcomed. As both a parent and a professional who works closely with families, Christine is passionate about helping create safe, positive environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Adam is a CPA working in public practice in Saskatoon, the city he was born in and calls home. Adam enjoys working with a wide variety of clients whether they be for-profit, non-for-profit, or public sector entities. He loves hanging out with his wife, son, and their dog. When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find Adam working on old cars or enjoying
water skiing.

Cathy is a proud mom of two wonderful girls who keep life busy and fun. She works as a Senior Pharmacy Technician in Saskatoon and brings a strong sense of care, responsibility, and community to everything she does.
Cathy is excited to be part of Little Bear’s journey and looks forward to supporting its continued growth as a welcoming, positive place where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Welcome to Little Bear Early Learning Center
As Board Chair, I have had the opportunity to watch Little Bear grow from an idea into a community that families and staff are building together.
What stands out most to me about Little Bear is the care that goes into the decisions being made. Whether it is supporting a child who needs a little extra help, creating spaces that feel calm and welcoming, or making sure families feel heard, there is a genuine effort to do what is best for the children in our care.
The Board is proud to support an Indigenous-led organization that values culture, connection, inclusion, and strong relationships. We also recognize that running a child care centre comes with constant learning, growth, and change. Our role is to provide oversight, ask thoughtful questions, support the leadership team, and help ensure Little Bear continues to grow in a way that is responsible and sustainable.
We are grateful to the families who have trusted Little Bear with their children, to the educators who show up every day for them, and to the community members who continue to support the organization.
There is still a lot ahead for Little Bear, and I am excited to see where it goes. On behalf of the Board, thank you for being part of our community.
